China’s air pollution returns to pre-coronavirus levels
Many cities saw a plummet in levels of air pollution as a result of government imposed lockdowns due to Covid-19. With China seeing a return to levels of air pollution held prior to Covid-19, researchers question whether European cities will soon see a similar rise.
