The Annual Training Day is one of the highlights of the Joint Academic Career Development Programme, where we present our plans for training activities over the next year, introduce the new group of PhD students and fellows recently recruited, and learn more about some of the work being conducted by early career researchers (ECRs) at our HPRUs and across the Centre through posters and presentations. Our JACD programme seeks to maximise interactions not only between our two HPRUs and MRC Centre but to further multidisciplinary collaborations with other HPRUs. As a result, other HPRUs have been invited to attend this academic event too.

With Dame Dr Jenny Harries OBE, Chief Executive of the UK Health Security Agency delivering the keynote session, we are looking forward to this event at our White City campus.
